1. Mark Allen

It is six times World Champion Ironman Triathlon. After competing and losing in theIronman Triathlon Championships six times, Mark Allen emerged victorious in 1989, winning one of the most difficult one day sporting events worldwide.

6. HEATHER FUHR

Heather was the Ironman Triathlon World Champion in 1997. She has won 12 Ironman championships and is considered one of the fastest runners in triathlon woman. 9. Dave Scott

It is a world champion 6 Time Ironman. He won the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii six times in 1980, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1986 and 1987. Dave Scott came out of 'retirement' in 1994 at age 40 to take second place in the Hawaii Ironman World Championships, winning by almost a record time of seven. 10. NATASCHA BADMANN

It is a professional triathlete from Switzerland and was the first European woman to win the Ironman Triathlon World Championships. She won the World Championship Ironman Triathlon in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005.

In 1995 and 1997 was Duathlon World Champion and in 1998 she won sensationally Ironman Hawaii for the first time. She was also elected Swiss Athlete of the Year in 1998 and 2002.
