How do I Rip Blu-Ray No Extras?

I'm currently using AnyDVD HD to rip my Blu-Ray to my hard drive. His ripping them very well, but the files are huge (Ironman was 44 GB) I am wondering if there is any program or any way I can rip only the movie and not all the extras that I can save some space on my hard drive.
