Club La Santa in Lanzarote

The facilities are world-class sports, the Olympic swimming pool have timing devices at the end of each runway and technicians on site for the more serious swimmer, however, if you are a beginner then swimming instructors will give you lessons. There is no need for any equipment, as all items as flippers, masks, snorkels are available on site. If your pool is just splashing about how cool from the sun there is also a leisure pool for the less serious.
For runners are not organized races of different distances in the morning and evening, there is also a morning walk for the less energetic. You can subscribe to the school running, or you can even have your private instructor. The club promotes a series of running events and triathlons throughout the years, including the famous Lanzarote Ironman.
The program includes guided tours by bicycle around the island catering for different abilities or feel free to find their Lanzarote own routes and discover for yourself. You can bring your own bike or rent one of the bikes of high quality that Club la Santa predict, however, local law not insist that you wear a helmet compatible. The club is often used as a basis for top professional cyclists in Europe for a training camp that prepare for the season. The climate and terrain are ideal and are a nice change from the gloomy winter European continent. But according to the Club La Santa do not tradition is only for elite athletes as the club has all kinds of bicycles for hire bikes children, ladies bikes, tourers, mountain bikes and even tandems.
General fitness is served at the Center for Wellness, which has a spa with hydrotherapy, steam rooms, saunas, etc., and a wide range of treatments available including physiotherapy and massage. In all, nine indoor sports, 13 sports and five outdoor water sports you can participate in.
So, young or old, fit or just want a break, Club La Santa is the ideal destination to be only a short flight from the UK with plenty to see and do in Lanzarote, the site plus enough activities to keep you busy throughout the day.
