Should I get a DSi or PSP?

Alright, so now I'm trying to decide between selling my DS lite to get money for a PSP (the older model, not the PSP Go) or if I should change it until you get $ 70 off the DSi at Gamestop. And if I choose to sell it for a PSP, which would be a place where I could sell it for I would get my money worth for it? I never really play my DS, and I only have two games for it (Viva Pinata and ironman). The games of the PSP, the project itself, and all resources he has to interest me more than a DS and DSi really.
