Coyotes Meet with the IFL as a potential option for 2011 Central Valley Coyotes and management officials recently attended an introductory meeting Phoenix, AZ, with league officials the "Inside Soccer" (IFL). The meeting was organized by BenezII IFL Commissioner Tommy and his team aimed to create a Southwest Division for the 2011 IFL season.
