What kind of road bike should I get?

I'm looking for a road bike to do with triathlons. I have done at a distance international and asked my friends, old and used one of my father for the sprint, but AMD looking to do a half ironman and need to find a good bike that is not in the house thousands. I'm 5ft 7in and if you have any suggestions on good deals or if I could find a good used one please let me know! Thank you soo much!

You will have to figure out what frame size you need. Take your inseam x 0.65 x 2.54 = cm frame's. Check your local bike shops for a good road bike and a pair of aerobars to put on it for racing. You should be able to find a nice bike for about $ 1000.
