Iron Man 2 Movie Review

Iron Man fans have been waiting for the second movie to debut since the reports box office came to testify as original a good financial investment in 2008. Initially, the director Jon Favreau balked premature announcement of Marvel Entertainment, the sequel will be in theaters summer 2010 release. initial skepticism gave way to a great story with characters near and dear to the hearts of fans of Iron Man

Specifically, the inclusion of the Stark Competitive Enterprises Justin Hammer and Tony Stark confidante James Rhodes as War Machine additions are appreciated by fans. But you need not be a dyed in the wool Iron Man, or even comic book fan to enjoy this movie. Special effects, computer generated practice, are well made and the seams where they practice giving shots place the CGI is just barely noticeable and unnoticeable on the IMAX screen on smaller screens.

An engaging history and state of the art special effects combine exceptional with the performances of the actors to make an enjoyable theater experience and a great way to start the season of summer films. All the relations of the first film are expanded upon because of the origin story being told earlier. This gives the public the opportunity to examine the interpretation of Robert Downey Jr, Tony Stark.

Iron Man 2 tells the story of a world where bootleg or stolen Stark technology begins to appear in the hands of unpleasant characters. The character principal of this movie is disgusting Whiplash, who is played by Mickey Rourke. Old family rivalries begin to lift his head between their families of Stark, Hammer and Vanko Whiplash's nickname.

Add the talents of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and the story behind the fictitious agency SHIELD for bigger waves to the base of comic fans (the fans will want to stay after the credits for an extra scene). Scarlett O'Hara's performance as Natasha Romanoff, the Widow Black, helps create other movies involving Marvel properties. Fortunately, the inclusion of the Black Widow is well written and acted, and not mere eye candy that is so common in female roles.

Introduction of new armor allows Iron Man Tony Stark to equip their latest models with state of the art technology help to make this movie enjoyable and fascinating. A special mail armor, dubbed the "Mark V", allows Stark to show a really unique take on an element of comic book classic. In comics, the armor fits inside a suitcase for quick dressing.

Something like the Mark V has the potential to translate poorly to film. Thanks to modern CGI, mail armor remember the movie Transformers as the bag unfolds to involve Tony Stark in a way that is at least feasible. But films like these, commonly referred to as popcorn movies are being taken as entertainment. So suspend your disbelief for a couple hours and you will enjoy Iron Man 2 completely.
