Why is one villain Dr. Doom Fantastic 4? If it is not a villain Ironman?

He has an indestructible suit that gives him super strength, it has electric power, and he is an evil genius. So why he is the archenemy Fantastic 4? He should not be one of the enemies Ironman?

Dr. Doom has a history with the Fantastic Four is going AY WA-back, both in terms of continuity and history in terms of publication. He first appeared in Fantastic Four # 5 dated June 1962. Iron Man did not appear at all until 1963 (Astonishing Tales dated March so probably published around January). So Doom has already been at least in its form of print when Iron Man was created. It was created to play out the Fantastic Four and this day he still does very well. He fought with almost everyone, but the Fantastic Four was the first and, while they are very generous, he continues his opponent.
