What is the best exercise program to slim down and tone without the bulk?
I have gone to the gym for about four weeks 3-5 times per week. I do 30 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical and weight machines, but I'm not seeing the results I'm wanting and not really even know if I'm doing correctly. I am also doing Weight Watchers (which is a fantastic program!) And lost about 6 pounds. The gym I go to the trainers have to help or even to hire.
