fantastic 4 time trainer
I have just started going to the gym 4 times a week and now have very sore ankles?

I have started going to the gym and have been going for 3 weeks now. In the last 3days, my ankles have been very sore, even when I walk. I have spoken to my gym instructor and she says that its because I am new to exercising, so am not quite used to the pressure on my ankles whilst jogging/running. She inspected my trainers and its not them that are the problem as they are properly fitted and as they should be.

I was wondering if theres anything I can do to improve the pain? Anything I can put on my ankles to ease them etc?

Bananas or a apple cider vinegar drink will help. The potassium makes your joints feel a lot better over time, so just have a banana a day. For instant relief rub some IceyHot cream on your ankles. That stuff is great for pains.
Don’t forget to stretch, even on days that your not hitting the gym do a good twenty minutes of stretches.
