Where can I find a diet plan for vegetarian athletes?

I am a competitive figure skater and I skate 3-4 hours a day, five days a week. I also do an hour and a half off the ice strength and cardio exercises three times a week. Also, I do three hours of modern ballet classes per week. I'm in pretty good shape now, but who really like to lose some weight so I look better on the ice and you can actually see my muscles. How to become a vegetarian I feel that I have had trouble eating as healthy as I did before. I'm eating more ice cream and candy. I also use to eat fish, but has not been eatting it for a month. I would be willing to eat fish again, if I may lose body fat. Also, my doctor said to be good for me to eat fish, because my blood is showing signs of having some kind of problem. I'd really love to find a diet plan that I can stick and lose weight. If anyone has any books, websites or suggestions for staff would be fantastic. Thanks for any help!
