Spiderman 4 is restarted? WTF?

They will replace Tobey McGuire as Spiderman and a whole new cast to SP4 in 2011. This is very disturbing because Tobey McGuire did such a fantastic job as Peter Parker / Spider-Man and also in his recent new movie called Brothers. Do the actors do not be sad / upset? How could Sony do this? That's how they film industry works?

I hope this dam is not true, I was waiting long for them to do the next Spiderman movie: (
