As the heel height is measured? It is eight centimeters (3 1 / 4 inch) considered high?

The fixation point or top of the shoe? Or does it vary? I'm looking for these shoes fantastic here and says they have an 8cm (3 1 / 4 inch) heel. Not sure if this is too high for me. From what I've seen, the heel height is measured at the front of the heel to the tip where it contacts the sole, and 3 "and up is considered high. These are pretty neat, enjoy wearing them.
