Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer …?

Have you seen this movie? Please let me know if you have small children – you let them see? My six years of group field day is supposed to go see him next week and I'm not sure I should leave him. I saw some reviews that say What is PG and others say PG-13. My son is very protected when it comes to movies and TV – I will not even let him watch the Cartoon Network, because some of the things they show there! Please help. Thanks!
