Fantastic 4 Pda

I'm looking for an all in one phone, something with a PDA, an mp3 player, cell phone and a camera?

I do not care about the cost, I am tired of taking four different portable devices around me. I want him to have more than five shows to mp3 and over 1 gig of pictures.
