Vectors of position?

I do not know how to work this issue below OR any help would be fantastic. A particle has a position initial vector (12 j) m in relation to an origin O. If the particle moves with constant speed (+ / -5 i 13 j) m / s, what will be its position vector after 4 seconds?

this type of question just have ai (x – axis) and j (y-axis) separately. X-AXIS (i) initial position: 0 (no "i") Vel = -5 m s distance / travel time = * vel = (-5) * (4) = -20 = position + distance initial position = 0 + (-20) = -20 Y AXIS (j) initial position: vel = 12 / S 13 m distance = time * vel = (13) * (4) = 52 = position + distance position initial = 12 52 = 64 Thus the position vector after April 2 is-20i + 64j Hope that helps
