Fantastic 4 Opening Weekend

As evidence of failure are elevators?
This past 4th of July weekend I was staying at the Omni Hotel in Corpus Christi, Texas. It is a hotel very nice and the service is fantastic. But last night I was going to go down to the lobby to ask for a tube of toothpaste. I was waiting for the elevator to arrive the 19th floor, he did, but as I was entering the elevator that dropped about 0.25 of a floor and the doors were open. That was when I was entering the elevator! I stayed where I was leveled and the elevator back to the 19th floor and I jumped out in fear. So I thought I'd wait for one of the other two to arrive. But no, the malfunction the elevator opened again and he fell when it opened, even more, but this time I did not get in. Finally, another elevator arrived and I was able to obtain security to the lobby. I told reception and put it out of service. Anyway, how safe are these super fast elevators?
Very safe. Statistically speaking, you have a chance to 1.125 times more likely to die in a fire in his hotel room to the elevator, and 311 times more likely to drown in the bathtub in the hotel room. proof malfunction? Please. They break all the time. It is a very basic system that has changed little over the past 50 years. The chance to break loose the elevator car and you falling to his death is far less than winning the Powerball $ 350 million. The only time it happens is when you have a substantial structural flaw of a building due to earthquake or fire.
