Where is a great "up and coming city or town to open a new restaurant?
I am a very experienced restaurant owner, the manager and sommelier looking for the perfect place to open a fancy restaurant. Sure, I'll do all the research relevant, but I'd love for you convince me that your suggestion is a smart place to look. Some good points: 1) The city is in need of creative dining options and all interesting places are full all the time. 2) The city's economy is on the rise or soon. Property prices are still reasonable 3) There are opportunities cool for acquisition of property (or companies located or an interesting place to develop 4) The location is naturally beautiful hip or 5) People are hip (naturally beautiful, not hurt either) 6) There are good opportunities to hire a good team. 7) Somewhere in southern Ontario, Canada, would good, but I'm quite willing to change any of exciting opportunity. hope to hear some fascinating and well thought ideas.Dinner will be on me.
San Antonio Texas or Austin Texas. The economy is booming in Texas because of oil. The cities are growing. Land is cheap and offices. Austin is a university town hip, and San Antonio.
