Fantastic 4 Leaked

engine problems-help would be appreciated! thanx in advance?

I am looking to buy a 1991 honda civic hatch, the guy who is selling says it is started and run "slow" I asked him if he knew what was wrong with him and he told me his friend tilda he has a broken head gasket or something, he says, apparently, water leaks in the oil, which is causing the slow performance I was wondering if anyone could tell me if 1. This is in fact the problem? 2.What is / would be involved to fix it? 3.If so how much would be about the parties? 4. about how I would be looking for parts in total and having all work done if I were to have a mechanic do the job? any help would be truly fantastic and much appreciated! Aaron, a friend old. If I were you I would run that piece of shit as fast as I could. If, as this guy says there is no water in engine oil, which will be one of two things. Either we make a head gasket / cracked head or block is cracked. If the head gasket may find that the head is warped or cracked. Either way – big bucks. If the block is cracked, you might as well chuck the lot out and buy a second hand engine. Big bucks, again. Anyway, unless he gives something for nothing, by the time you pay for the repair will take a lot (bloody expensive) trash. He obviously did not take care of the car and have cooked the engine, so I advise you to give it a miss big. There are plenty of other cars out there that are good patrons and has been handled. Keep looking, you will find one.
