Fantastic 4 Laptop

can anyone help me with a download Silent Hill?

I am a huge fan silent hill, and I'm at Virginia Tech, so broadban is monitored, I have 4 and 2 for xbox and Three at home, where my PS2, Silent Hill to buy one today is like $ 60, which is how much return will be, then I I would like to downlod it to my laptop, which has seen, I heard i can emulate a bittorrent file, but I do not want to have problems in school, I can have it shipped or something I do not know, but any help would be really fantastic. thanks.
