We were eager to try. They seem very cool and DIVX looked sharp and worked ok as did photos in JPEG, which were the only things that we are tired by now. Company contacted us and help when needed any extra information.

The product was as expected and is working well, the kids will love. I have yet to try the SD / USB feature as I doubt how this works.
The instructions are clear enough to follow but my only criticism is that the manual operation is lacking in details, but most features are self-explanatory.
Overall great value for money.
