Help with song title Parkour Documentary Channel 4 / ITV / BBC?

Hello can someone PLEASE help me. About 10 years ago, there was a great documentary about Parkour in the UK and I can not remember what was in the channel, but may have been a South Bank Show on ITV Channel 02/04 or possibly BBC. It was shown only when the Parkour became popular in the UK. About half of the documentary, there was a burst of dialogue and a section with a fantastic music I've never been able to trace. All I can remember about it was that he repeated the words "Ordinary Day" and was sung by a great soul voice – the music was kinda electro funk / soul, and his voice sounded a bit like Terence Trent Darby – I'm dreaming I hear this track? I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this as I've trawled in net trying to track the documentaty and music, but without success. Thank you very much
