Die Hard 4 – the villain is so clever and devious as in # 1 and # 3?

OK, I hear a lot of good things about this new movie. But what I really liked about the first and third Die Hard movies was that the bad guys were very smart and stories in general are equally intelligent. In # 1, the web of terror actually turns out to be a red herring distraction to a well planned scheme of grand theft. # 2 was a disappointment. I do not even remember what it was, except that it was in an airport! # 3 was a return to the formula with great Jeremy Irons doing a fantastic job as the deviously brilliant brother of the villain in # 1 (with a modus operandi similar). So without giving it away … Does the villain of the story and the new Die Hard movie to reach the same level of intelligence as its predecessors? This is which was always fun on the Die Hard franchise. The bad guys are smarter and more prepared than the good guys, doing the work of the hero is even more difficult, almost impossible, to withdraw. And yet he does ….

Yes, I heard that the villain is a kind of cleansing agent rouge court of the United States. It seems incredible, he was on top of your class on computers and, therefore, because the movie is called 4.0 in some other countries.
