Sony Vaio vs. Toshiba laptop?
I’m looking at the Sony Vaio 15.4” 3GB RAM 160 GB Hard drive. And the Tosiba 15.4 3GB RAM 320GB hard drive. Both computers are on sale for $599.99. Which is the most I’d like to spend on a laptop. I love the Sony but am worried about the size of the hard drive, would it be enough? I’d use the laptop to surf the web, and download some programs (photoshop elements and the sims 2). Should I go with the Toshiba? My mother bought a Toshiba laptop a few months ago, and she returned it because of the short battery life. The Sony has a battery life of up to 4 hours, which is fantastic. I’d love to buy the Sony more than the Toshiba, but the memory plays a huge factor. My computer at home has 1GB RAM and 200GB hard drive, and I have never ran out of memory.
I’d take the sony. They both have the same amount of memory so that doesn’t matter. Plus putting a stick of memory in a laptop if simple if you ever want to upgrade. If your worried about your hard drive space even if you got close to running out of space there are so many external hard drives out there that you can buy to add on later.
