Who would win between Marvel good guys / bad guys vs DC Comics good guys and bad?

I say Marvel wins hands down because they have Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Spiderman, The Fantastic 4, Captain America, Daredevil, the X-Men characters like Wolverine, Gambit, Cyclops and not to mention much more harm bad as Abdomination, Magneto, Bullseye, Mysterio, Carnage, Venom and so many other good and bad that I'm forgetting.

Yes Marvel could so kick ass DC
