Fantastic 4 Credits

Information on credit report?

I read somewhere that your credit report will ignore multiple requests within a period of about 14 days. That's because people are shopping for the best rate that can reach and your credit is pulled several times. Well, I recently bought a house (6 months) and I pulled my credit report. There are 14 (!!!!) surveys within a time period of 3-4 days, when I was buying my house. Then there are six more inquiries within two days when I bought my car. The total number of queries is listed as 21! Should not they reflect only three questions? There's a stain on my credit report that talks about how to improve my score and one of the things he says I have way to many questions. But three surveys in two years is fantastic!

You're partially correct. Several surveys only count as a hit against your credit score within a period of 14 days (though many credit scoring models now have a period of 30 days and the latest credit scoring models are now increasing to 45 days) while they are being pulled through the same thing as a mortgage. You may have several mortgage companies pull your credit within prescribed period, it will only count as a strike against your score. You can have multiple auto finance to pull your credit within the prescribed period and it will only count as a success against your score. However, even if you're shopping for a mortgage of 10 companies and pull your credit within a few days you will see even 10 applications for credit in your credit report. These 10 questions for score will affect your score just like having a credit pull done. It seems you have good credit and each credit bureau will give you four reasons why you do not have the highest credit score that is possible. You could have a score of 800 and you still have four codes in your report the ways you can increase your score credit. Here is a great blog about credit and credit scoring in the sources listed. Ps: I took a lot of credit and credit scoring classes over the years for my profession and do a review of credit on a daily basis.
