Losing weight by October. Yikes Help!?
Here my situation. My boyfriends Air Force Graduation is around October 3. So I have basically 2 months to lose as much as possible. I promised him I’d look sexy as hell when he see’s me cuz lord knows hes going to look freaking fantastic. Im 17. Female. 5’6. and I’m 146 with a full stomach. So around 144 when I wake up. I really wish someone could layout a plan for me so I can achieve this. I recently lost 4 pounds but it took two weeks and it was just the weight I gained from birth control. (I’m now off the pill). can someone answer these questions and also give me more adivce? My goal weight is to get to 130-135lbs by Oct 1st.
1. Is 950 calories a day ok?
(I eat naturally eat and drink fruits and water daily.)
2. Should I pretty much avoid foods in a crinkly bag?
(it’s usually un healthy)
3. Should I run on the treadmill 3 times a day for 10 min each?

Go to this site and fill out the basic info. W.O.W!! I wanted to lose ten pounds in 2 months, and it told me exactly how many cals I could have per day and other info.
I’m now at my goal weight. (130^_^) However, it was tough sticking to the diet, but whenever I got too hungry, I drank water. I ended up drinking about a gallon a day, but it worked so well for me. GOOD LUCK!! hope you reach your goal
..also, i used to have acne, and now after all the extra water I drank, my face is completely clear
even if you don’t have acne, it’ll brighten your face right up lol!!
