I would hope that Disney can whip Marvel at how, why and DC are having difficulty maintaining an audience. Convouted, universes, inaccessible, poorly written characters, and "It's better because it is darker!" mentality has to go. This is what happens when so many people write to a universe so long, not to mention useless these huge events of the entire company that nobody likes (Anything Crisis, Brand New Day). We do not care about how many variations in their universe crappy you want to do (Mangaverse, Ultimate, Noir, 1600) just give us a good guy, bad guy, and a subsequent sheet of silly and everything will be alright with the world. And no, Marvel vs. Disney this idea is just silly.
