Why comics volume change?
What makes the number of volume change in Marvel Comics (or any other comics, I suppose)? By example, Captain America vol.2 ran for 13 issues; Captain America vol.3 lasted 50 years. What sets the cutoff from one volume to the next?
Finish races and contracts, bonds may be canceled due to low sales volume only to return later.
