Captain America Story Lines

captain america story lines
Does anyone remember the super-heroes who use to do when they were small?

Questrion'm asking this because I wanted to see if someone did the same thing I did. When I was younger I use to read a bunch of comics from Marvel and I'm still a big fan of the Marvel superheroes old show (from of the 60's with the animation very low budget). After watching it like to go call my own superhero, looking back some were corny as hell and others (in my opinion) would have been real good if given a more detailed plot and storyline. I remember a few of the heroes that I created! 1. Lash Lightning (borrow name of someone, but the story was completely original) 2. Red Wasp (my opinion about daredevil ', CEPT, he was a policeman, not a lawyer) 3. Blackhawk (my version of Batman, a bit more crazy still) 4. Freedom Freedom (this is what you call a woman of Captain America) 5. The Rock (not the wreslter, but a boxer-covered stone) 6. Atoman (I created this after being inspired by Iron Man and the whole thing billionaire superpowered)

when I was young? I still do here are some Adiana Jones: Telekinetic, precognitive, empathetic (yet unnamed) is beyond human limits, power control allows you fly (restricted) speed of force

 The Most Perfect Cruiser

The Most Perfect Cruiser

The Most Perfect Cruiser is the story of how the Confederacy got to sea the most deadly of its raiders, the C.S.S. Alabama. It is both a complex and a human tale, one that occurred entirely outside of North America. We encounter the ambitions of the brilliant James Dunwoody Bulloch, the Confederate secret naval agent who brought Alabama into being thinking he would command her; and her resourceful captain, Raphael Semmes, whose previous success had already alarmed the North. As for the Alabama, she began her maiden voyage in the teeth of a rising gale, barely escaping the clutches of a Union warship and the belated efforts of British authorities to seize her. All of these threads culminated in a three-way rendezvous in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, where through a remarkable combination of luck, skill, and hard work, the South commissioned the most successful commerce raider the world has ever known. STEPHEN CHAPIN KINNAMAN is an offshore and marine technology professional with over thirty years of experience. He was born in 1950 and grew up in upstate New York and New Jersey. He and his wife, Maureen, currently reside in Chappell Hill, Texas. In preparation for writing The Most Perfect Cruiser, Stephen Chapin Kinnaman visited all the principal locations touched by Bulloch, Semmes, and Alabama, gaining a first-hand feel for the terrain which shaped Alabama’s birth. Mr. Kinnaman was a director of the Mobile, Alabamabased C.S.S. Alabama Association, and as such was involved with aspects of the ongoing wreck recovery efforts in France. He participated in the Association’s first field trip to Cherbourg during the summer of 1999. His nautical background and love of the sea has allowed him to craft a spirited account of the operational side of Alabama’s creation which is so central to this book. War on the Run: The Epic Story of Robert Rogers and the Conquest of America's First Frontier

War on the Run: The Epic Story of Robert Rogers and the Conquest of America’s First Frontier

$13.99

Hailed as the father of today’s elite special forces, Robert Rogers was not only a wilderness warrior but North America’s first noteworthy playwright and authentic celebrity. In a riveting biography, John F. Ross reconstructs the extraordinary achievements of this fearless and inspiring leader whose exploits in the early New England wilderness read like those of an action hero and whose innovative principles of unconventional warfare are still used today. They were a group of handpicked soldiers chosen for their backwoods savvy, courage, and endurance. Led by a young captain whose daring made him a hero on two continents, Rogers’s Rangers earned a deadly fame among their most formidable French and Indian enemies for their ability to appear anywhere at any time, burst out of the forest with overwhelming force, and vanish just as quickly. This swift, elusive, intelligence-gathering strike force was the brainchild of Robert Rogers, a uniquely American kind of war maker capable of motivating a new breed of warrior. The child of marginalized Scots-Irish immigrants, Robert Rogers learned to survive in New England’s dark and deadly forests, grasping, as did few others, that a new world required new forms of warfare. Marrying European technology to the stealth and adaptability he observed in native warriors, Rogers trained and led an unorthodox unit of green provincials, raw woodsmen, farmers, and Indian scouts on “impossible” missions that are still the stuff of soldiers’ legend. Covering heartbreaking distances behind enemy lines, they traversed the wilderness in whaleboats and snowshoes, slept without fire or sufficient food in below-freezing temperatures, and endured hardships that would destroy ordinary men. With their novel tactics and fierce esprit de corps, the Rangers laid the groundwork for the colonial strategy later used in the War of Independence. Never have the stakes of a continent hung in
