Is it true Steve Rogers returned as Captain America?

I think I saw mention of thaton the cover of a recent issue of Wizard Magazine. If it’s true, I’m not surprised- they kill characters off and eventually bring them back. I remember when Superman purportedly “died” and came back. It’s just a marketing ploy to get people to buy the comics.

Well yes, it’s true that Steve Rogers was brought back from the dead, it’s not true that he has returned as Captain America. It has ultimately been decided in the comics that Bucky remain as Capt. America. (at least for the time being, no doubt in a future comic he’ll return as cap to shoot up comic sales.)

Not just a marketing ploy to get people to buy comics, but to hopefully gain media attention for the comics. I remember when Superman’s death happened, it was reported all over the place, Capt America didn’t quite have the same attention, but did gain some mainstream media attention.
