Captain America Shield

If you are also very shocked and outraged when the writers killed Captain America ..?

This is me I'm alone in this … I do not I've been a comic reader since my teens but I know that youth and adult comics ead yet … which is good. I also believe that even a character fictitious (as I figure Uncle Sam) can also envoke feelings of pride and patriotism … so too can the comic book characters Captain America … more than any other character symbilized America .. his dress white and blue, red, his shield with the same colors of the American flag …. …. after seeing him dead, killed by about two .. killer little on the steps of a building with blood trickling down the steps was a real shock. .. .. do you think the people at Marvel have just tried to sell the American spirit … trying to please those who dislike our country. …. Marvel creators should give this country a big apology to the madness or stupidity …. please tell me what you think.

The American captain was not the mascot comprehensive to America – he was a time when the United States had a different kind of patriotism. He represented a nation where the people and the government had a clear definition of an enemy. His death could mean a lot of things. One possibility is that the writers felt that true patriotism was gone. If you read the comics, you realize that the government wanted all superheroes to register – what is not unlike some of our current government practices. Captain America refused to register because he was convinced that doing so would violate of all the freedoms he swore to protect. Just because you hate how the country is being run does not mean you hate the country. If the writers killed them to illustrate a political issue, then you should be happy that we live in a country where they are free to do so.

Five of their victories were by an innings and they were only defeated by Australia in the 1st Test and in their second match against New South Wales. It was, overall, a very successful tour. Len Hutton, England’s first professional captain since 1877The selection of the M.C.C touring team was not without controversy. Len Hutton was the first professional England captain since Arthur Shrewsbury in 1876-77 other than temporary stop-gap.
