Captain America WWII Costume Help – What type of coat is this and what are the goggle thing called?

I’m planing on making a costume of the version of Captain America from the image below. There are only 2 problems i’m having.
1) What type of coat is he wearing?
2) What are the goggle mask thing he wears called?
Any help would be very great full

It’s a modified WW2 field jacket. The goggleds are regular goggles streched out over a leather mask,
