Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark, the rich playboy whose exploits as Iron Man are now public knowledge after his admission to the close of the first film. As a result, Stark must face his arch enemy Russia, Whiplash (Mickey Rourke) and business rival Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell). Also making their debuts Marvel are Scarlett Johansson as a sexy Russian spy Black Widow, and Don Cheadle, who assumes the role of Colonel James Rhodes from Terrence Howard

Iron Man 2 reviews:

1.) "It's rare to say that a sequel is better than the original, but Iron Man 2 improves the original in almost every way.
The plot is superb. We know who is Tony Stark and here we get to see a more vulnerable side to him, as we learned early on that something is wrong with it. The main villain in this film is much more menacing and believable, and is brilliantly played by Mickey Rourke. Other Sam Rockwell is playing villain Justin Hammer, a distorted version of Tony Stark. There is also Scarlett Johansson as the peculiar yet sympathetic Rushman Natalie (who has a secret of his own).
My only complaint is that the movie seems rushed at times, and serious problems were solved easily. Moreover, humor has a little silly at times.
If you're avoiding it because replacing Terrence Howard with Don Cheadle, no. Cheadle nearly steals the whole movie, he is so good. And then of course there's Gwyneth, who has a much more prominent role. In all, he is a great movie and a great cast. "

2.) "Let me say so soon after the start of iron .. Man 2 … It's just a hell of a fun ride that should not be missed! Robert Downey Jr. has a perfect picture Tony Stark and his .. how does Nick Fury put it all? oh yeah … 'Textbook Narcissism ":-) Continuing the tradition of the first film, Iron Man 2 continues the fun factor with the action along the lines of the original. My only joke here is that there could have been a little more action, especially in the climax the battle with the Whiplash … And with the introduction of several characters prepare the perfect setting for assembling the Avengers, Nick Fury, War Machine, and of course: The Black Widow (Sidenote: Scarlett Johansson, the film simply woh !!!), just amps it up! And Easter Eggs galore! Captain America's Shield (check!) But to use it as a base of balance to even the height of Tony's new toy? Check! But nothing could beat the final easter egg after the credits, by Odin! Iron Man 2-Simply a must watch! "
