Captain America Iron Man Movie

The death of Captain America does not mean Captain America movie?

I had heard Marvel was planning a film of Captain America. Is Tony Stark really kill Cap because he wanted the movie Iron Man did in his place?

Comic continuity does not reflect the continuity the film. In the movie X-Men past they have made a mutant Juggernaut when he is not in the comics, his strength and invulnerability from the yolk Cyttorrak. Moreover, few people die forever in comics.
