Army captain convicted of stealing funds from the Iraq war PORTLAND – Captain Michael Dung Nguyen, 28, of Fort Lewis, Wash., was sentenced today to 30 months in prison by U.S. District CourtJudge Ancer L. Haggerty following their guilty pleas ofgovernment property theft, the government said.
