Found Captain America Cameo in The Incredible Hulk?

have searched the internet since I saw the movie and I came across a forum on a site where a guy says that Captain America is http://www.g4tv.com/attackoftheshow/vide this clip … He says the term is about 02:45 to 03:02 and look to the left side of the screen, next to the leg of the Hulk, you see a roll of the object and run off the screen, it takes some times to really see anything to keep repeating until you see it. now this is apparently Captain America but I'm just not so sure. I was wondering if any of you can filter on that and maybe help.

I do not know what I saw was a cameo of Captain America (clip was not available), but the director confirmed that he had a cameo planned but it just does not make the final cut. The scenes prior to the meeting were considered too dark. There are a total of 70 minutes of film that ended up on the floor of cutting room that will likely make its way to DVD.
