Captain America Hulk Scene

I just watched Hancock and I have thought a lot more than a question. "

So I was watching, and in almost every scene there is a eagle .. Whether at Hancocks clothing or somewhere in the background .. I noticed at the end of the tease Avengers Hulk with Tony Stark standing and such .. So these eagles could be hyping Captain America? It was not wonderful or anything, but it seems like it would fit .. I'm not sure. I think stupid idea.
