Nick name fury at the beginning of The Incredible Hulk?

I do not know if anyone noticed or not, but in the beginnning of the movie Incredible Hulk, when different paper are showing the name of Nick Fury appears then it changes rapidly and stufff, I know they will do the Avengers movie, but idk why put the name of Nick Fury in it. Oh, and if anyone knows what it is true that Captain America makes an appearance Suspected also in the Hulk, but idk
