Do the Iron Man DVD Special Features contain the Captain America deleted scene?

Just wondering if it does! Anyone help?

Cap’s shield is in the film…but it’s the prototype shield.
The actual shield is w/ Cap frozen in the Antarctic…and that deleted scene is rumored to be in The Incredible Hulk DVD.
I hope it’s true.
Guess we’ll find out Oct 21st.
