How much will I receive for Captain America and the Falcon # 214 comics in 1977?

I need to get an idea of what the value is … friend was given a huge collection and this is just one among thousands of comic mint condition. They were never read … they were purchased only to be saved.

Can not remember the name, but there is a price guide for comics you can go and get at your local bookstore in the area of mag or your local comic shop.
