Captain America Chosen

Who was the first villain created for Captain America? Why did the creators choose it to be the villain?
Unless you Tell The Spy Who shot the professor who gave Steve Rogers the treatment that transformed him into Captain America, or the spies of other unknowns who appear in history Source page eight, Captain America faced a spy who pretended to have a silent partner psychic as part of an act of entertainment, but eventually Sando and Omar Nazi agents were trying to undermine the morale of the American War, which appeared in an article entitled "Case Number Two." Assuming that the Captain America Origin qualified as Case Number Two, and the battle with Captain America was Herr Kameleon Case Number Three, the Red Skull would be the fourth villain Captain America faced. Since spies unnamed spies with a decoy, and even a master of disguise threats are rather pedestrian, I would say that the Red Skull is the first major villain which was created to meet Captain America. Certainly, the Red Skull was the threat more memorable Captain America fought, and one of the few villains who fought against Captain America, who appeared in more than one story. Simon and Kirby, who created Captain America and produced the first ten editions of his book should have realized he had something special with the Red Skull, as it brought back only a few months after his death "in the first issue of Captain America. Simon and Kirby also used the Red Skull as the main threat in the first edition of "Young Allies" (a team of boys that included between Bucky and Toro members). After Simon and Kirby left, other writers and artists also made use of the Red Skull. The Red Skull could easily have passed for something that was out of an editorial cartoon just before the U.S. finally joined the Second World War (Captain America came almost a year before Pearl Harbor was bombed). With his skull mask and swastika on his uniform, the skull was shortened to visual Republic and German National Socialist leaders, and displayed graphically philosopy Nazi as a death threat to the rest of the world. Arguably, the Red Skull can be the biggest villain of the golden age of comics, he certainly is still the villain more closely associated with Captain America.
