Captain America Choices

Who is the best Captain America?
I personally could not care less about Jack Munroe and if someone wants to say that Isaiah Bradley by all means. I personally thought Steve was symbolic, but I prefer Bucky simply because he is a realist and a phenomenal fighter, without the super soldier serum. He also did all the work of stealth-ops Cap wet field and if given the serum I believe he would overcome Steve skills considering the fact that Steve was not fit for service. I'm basing my bias out of skill and personality, but the symbolism and purpose are very relevant. Make a good argument about their choice.
I think both are equally good in their own way. Steve Rodgers was a symbol as a fighter. Whenever he went into battle, all eyes were on him. Same when he was Thor, Iron Man and the Avengers around him (he was usually the weakest member, at least on paper), it was still the person everyone watched as a cause of it really was amazing. He created the legend that the Captain America, and came face to face and honorably fought with his enemies. Bucky has the advantage of the super soldier serum, then he makes his own advantage. I remember when he wore the costume, he went into battle and threw the shell. He missed his mark (he has no strength or skill Rodgers did that), but each fighter has seen the shield. Bucky pulled his Luger and shot them all while they were distracted. He sees all the angles and advantage, and will use them all to get the mission done. He uses the reputation that Rodgers built to keep the enemy off guard and pair that with his skills Spec Ops to create a buffer different. Good to see the contrast of how each one dealing with the mantle of Captain America. Steve Rodgers was surprising because of unity and strength of will. He simply refused to give up and was a bastion of morality and patriotism. Bucky is surprising because he is not a super-soldier, it is only highly trained, a man who knows how complete the mission. I'm hoping we see them work together, now that Marvel is bringing back Rodgers. I'm still disappointed they are. He should have remained dead. They had already replaced Cap and his death would have remained significant and emblematic. Now it's just another ploy to sell more magazines.
