2008 Ironman Movie Dvd

Hollywood Film Anime Roundup
With the new year and the increasing popularity of movies based on comics, I thought I would make a back to top Hollywood movies based on anime and their status. In my opinion, so far we have seen nothing but the disastrous results. Speed Racer had many bright colors and it reminded me of playing CandyLand as a child, for any reason, and Dragonball: Evolution was one of the worst movies I've ever seen period.
Then there was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. I really liked because I was not expecting the poetry of a movie Transformers but then again, it could have been much better, one thing I hated more than anything was the Deceptican College girl .. Anyway, below are the titles I I know that are based on anime or manga and are in some form of development.
Cowboy Bebop: Fox is moving forward with Cowboy Bebop, which is set a release date for 2011. Keanu Reeves is rumored to be starring Erwin Stoff Production. Let's hope Fox does not will turn this into a train accident, as they did with the DBE.
Akira: Scribes Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby, who worked at Ironman is working on the script and have completed a few drafts, but recently, contributing writer Gary Whitt, said they have not worked with him for a year. If Warner Bros likes, he will go into production next year. Its not known if Leonardo DiCaprio is still set to produce. Whitt also said the film will follow all six volumes of the manga Katsuhiro Otomo, unlike the famous 1988 animated film that really only covered the first 2.
Ninja Continuing: IMDB has this game for a release date of 2011, and says that Leonardo DiCaprio is producing. DiCaprio said he would be interested in using the members of SMAP Masahiro Nakai, Takuya Kimura, Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, Goro Inagaki and Shingo Katorito the star, but do not own this or Akira. To which I say, not a bad choice, maybe someone Hollywood gets it, like Leo, a big anime fan, said he would not use anyone else that the Japanese people for Ninja Scroll or Akira.
Macross: Known as Robotech in the U.S. – I have not heard anything about this, other than Tobey Maguire is very passionate about, and starring the film, but with Spider-Man 4.6 down the pike it looks like it's going to have a chance to take a new franchise prospects. Thought the film, Moreover, I think this brings to mind the Jamie Foxx movie tealth S, which was a blatant rip-off Macross Plus, if I ever saw one ..
Battle Angel Alita: James Cameron has been talking about making this film for what seems like 10 years. He told MTV News that Avatar (which has been a hit, despite mixed reviews.) It is a testing ground to see if a Battle Angel Alita could even be done with today's technology. Even though I have not seen, I think, and from what I hear, Avatar is visually stunning. Cameron plans to do Battle Angel Alita a trilogy where the first is successful and it follows the manga closely. Sounds good, but Cameron has also just announced two more sequels Avatar. This may push Battle Angel Alita for some years at least.
Tekken: Not really a movie based on anime, but it was anime and manga incarnations I decided add it, but I must say, from what I hear, this movie is horrible. Complete with actors and actresses that you would never think to associate the characters are really basic a director (Dwight H. Little), whose credits include the gems Anacondas 2: Hunt for the Blood Orchid and Free Willy 2: The Beginning adventure, and an incoherent story – Tekken promises to be one of the worst movies of 2010.
Ghost in the Shell: Since 2008, DreamWorks, who also made the U.S. release of Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence acquired the rights to produce an adaptation for the live action film of the original manga by Masamune Shirow and directed by Steven Spielberg. Avi Arad and Steven Paul are confirmed producers; Shutter Island scribe Laeta Kalogridis is writing a script. The live-action film is scheduled for release in 2011.
Voltron: The Knight producer Charles Roven's Atlas Entertainment Dark and Jason Netter's Kickstart Entertainment picked up the film rights to the anime series in 1980 and currently looking for a screenwriter before buying back in the studio. I remember the president of Fox Studios saying that when it came to Sentinals in X-2: X-Men United and X-Men 3: The Last Stand and Galactus in Fantastic Four 2: The Rise of the Silver Surfer – He will never allow any giant robots in film your studio does. But with the insane success of the Transformers franchise, the attitudes seem to be changing, and this should be chosen by a studio soon.
Neon Genesis Evangelion – The IMDB lists this film as a Neon Genesis Evangelion Untitled project with a release date of 2012 (the year end of the world). There were lectures, concept art and even live action Neon Genesis Evangelion floating around the Internet for years now, and this film is still being pushed forward, However, there is no script, and again, like the Voltron movie, ADV director Matt Greenfield said that the delay in the project is due in large part to Transformers Movie: The studios wanted to make sure that a giant robot "movie" a call for an American audience. Talks between the studios and I Gainax are being handled by Joseph Cho, who helped in the production of "Appleseed: Ex Machina," an animated film based on the series Appleseed, so Mr. Cho has previous experience in dealing with types of studio. It is also reported that this film will cost more than 100-120000000 dollars, of which Fortune magazine reported ADV Films has raised half. There was no official announcement in about a year, however, and the current state of the film is unknown, after the sudden fall and sale of assets from AD Vision on September 1, 2009.
Gatchaman: one is scheduled for launch in 2011 and will be CGI-created animated by Imagi Animation Studios (the company that made TMNT) in association with Tatsunoko Productions and Warner Bros. Pictures. The film will have a PG-13 rating and a budget of $ 110 million. Here is a movie trailer that was recorded at Anime Expo '09.
Gigantor (T-28): Hikari Productions and Imagi has released a teaser trailer for this one, but they have also said that production in T-28 would depend on the world wide success Astro Boy, which as of this article just made back its budget of $ 21159327 for 65 million dollars.
Dragonball 2: Reborn: While there are no positive comments, the fans hate it, and the French holding a funeral Goku here Also brought about $ 60 million worldwide, not including sales of DVD (the film only cost about 20 million.) A screenplay has been written, but it is unknown whether RBD is a sequel or a remake. But I'm guessing it'll be another disaster.
Thundercats: Thundercats is a cartoon American made by a Japanese studio in America. However, seeing this when I was a kid, and being one of my favorites that I had to see what I could find about him. Unfortunately, the CGI movie, which was supposed to be an original story that expanded on elements from the first episode, was shelved, probably due to failure Speed Racer …
