A History of Transformers
Processors and their generations
Transformers toys are produced by toy manufacturer U.S. Hasbro. Transformers change from robots into objects such as cars, planes, weapons, buildings, or even radios. The Transformer toyline has also been adapted to become a television series of comics, a comic series, and a number of feature-length films. Transformers popularlity have enjoyed more in the USA, England and Japan
The Transformers come to life in Japan in the 1970s with a series of toys from Takara and DiaClon Micromania. In 1984, the U.S. company Hasbro licensed rights to use Takara toyline, renaming them as "Transformers." The new Hasbro toys were the same as the Takara toys, although they are sometimes repainted or altered in any form other minors. Hasbro also created a new history for toys, with new names and personalities for Japanese toys. Then later, Hasbro also started arriving with new Transformers that had no predecessor in the original series and Micromania DiaClon. In 1984, the success of Transformers in the U.S. prompted Takara end its production and Micromania DiaClon and begin marketing them, instead of Transformers.
By 1984, Transformers has hit TV screens as an animated series and a Marvel Comics released a series Transformers. In 1986, Transformers hit the silver screen with a feature film called simply Transformers: The Movie. The film generated much controversy among fans as he described the death of many popular Autobot characters, including their leader Optimus Prime. Optimus was raised in final season in 1987, the previous series. This year marked the end of the show of American comics, but the Japanese continued to produce the show, and in Britain and the Transformers U.S. comics continued to be released. Interestingly, all these series have diverged greatly in history, and contradicted each other on many levels.
Transformer new incarnations of the series have appeared since the completion of the original TV series, but most fans of the original generation and not impressed prefer the old series. Beast War was an incarnation of the Transformers series produced in Canada 1995-1999, and was followed by Beast Machines 2000-2001. This new generation was accompanied by a new collection of toys from Hasbro. Took place in the future, after the original Transformers series, and includes a series of flashbacks to the original.
additional interpretations and incarnations of Transformers have also been releasted, but were never able to compete with the fame of the series of first generation. The Transformers phenomenon only to the levels of the series 1980 is the recent movie franchise with the release of "Transformers" in 2007 as a live-action film, followed by "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," two years later. Fans can expect a third addition to the series in 2011 or 2012. With a cast of young Actors superstar, as well as cutting-edge computer animation, the Transformers franchise was revived as a dominant force in the entertainment industry as well as industry toys.
